Empathy Map

Says

Looking for an apartment to buy but online search is super complicated

Would be great to have an app that could have better communication

Usually people don’t show the location and write the address of the property

Looking at poorly taken images of the place makes me to not want that apartment

Thinks

Communication should be the main factor between buyer and seller

Showing the address on the map isn’t that difficult

I’m tired of copying emails or phone numbers to message sellers

Buying a place shouldn’t be that complicated. We’re in 21st Century

Does

Daily checks the websites and calls agencies to find a place

Asks friends or family if they know place that is suitable for her

Checks the outdoor announcements as well to see if something new is listed

Talks to few agencies and texts other owners that interested her

Feels

Overwhelmed by the search and tabs open in the browser

WantS to have a platform that makes the processes easier

Very tired after work to go through hundreds of websites to find an apartment

Feels like spending too much time on browsing the web for the property

09

Pain Points

Pain Point 1: Limited information available for each property listing. Users may find that listings lack essential details such as floor plans, property dimensions, neighborhood amenities, or comprehensive descriptions. Pain Point 2: Lack of real-time updates on property availability and status. Users see listings that have already been sold or rented but are still displayed on the app. Pain Point 3: Challenges in effectively communicating with real estate agents or property managers through the app. Limited communication channels, delayed responses, or unresponsive agents.
